Hi friends! Happy Thursday and happy almost long holiday weekend! Anyone have any fun Memorial Day plans!? I plan to spend it outside as much as possible. Summer is in full swing here in Austin! I don’t think i’ll be cooking up much this weekend but if you’ve got a cookout and need some easy salads, I’ve got you! Sharing a few of mine (and yours!) favorites below.

  • BLT Pasta Salad
