Hi friends! Happy Fourth of July weekend! I hope you’re excited for a long holiday weekend and hopefully some good summer eats too!! It’s been a busy week between celebrating my birthday and preparing for the holiday weekend. I started the week off with some meal prep and it’s been so helpful having some easy meals to grab this week in between the holiday prep.
