Happy Thursday! Another weekly meal prep coming your way! Anyone else feel like July has flown by!? I feel like I blinked and we’re halfway through the month already. After a busy last month, it’s been so nice to have a few weeks in Austin and get back into a full meal prep routine. It’s truly a game changer during the week when a few healthy meals are prepped & ready!
This week’s meal prep is a good one! We’ve got a make ahead breakfast that’s easy and satisfying, a fridge-friendly salad that I love for simple lunches, and a new sheet pan recipe, Hawaiian Chicken Sheet Pan, that keeps things simple but tastes like summer on a pan. Minimal ingredients, big flavor and perfect for bowls, lunches or quick dinners!
