Hi friends! Happy Thursday! Anyone else feel like June has flown by?! I can’t believe next week will already be the weekend of the 4th. I love love this time of year and all of the fresh ingredients, salads etc. that come with it! It’s the perfect time to host a summer dinner party or cookout and I’ve been testing away on all the recipes for you to cook up. In case you missed it, here are a few of my recent favorites that I’ve shared on the blog:

The new recipe this week is for this Raspberry Lemon Chia Pudding which packs in 13g of protein per jar and perfect to keep in the fridge to grab for an easy breakfast or snack! It takes all of 10 minutes to prep too! Having make ahead breakfast options like this has been key for the busy mornings. Being able to grab and go while knowing you’re having a nourishing meal is a foundation in creating a healthy lifestyle.
