Happy Thursday!! Happy almost Valentine’s too! How’s the week going? Anyone else feel like February is flying compared to last month? It’s a busy next few weeks too! Starting with some Galentine’s events and all of the Austin marathon festivities this weekend too.
I’m so excited to share what I’ve been obsessing over for lunch this week. If there’s one thing that I never get sick of it’s buffalo chicken. If you’ve been over to the blog, there are quite a few recipes to hit the buff chicken cravings and now a new one to share with you here!! These Buffalo Chicken Wraps are so satisfying and perfect to add to your meal prep. You can prepare the chicken and lettuce slaw mix separately and then assemble at meal time or prepare them all at one time. I like to use lavash wraps, burrito tortillas or whole wheat wraps with them. So many ways to make them your own! It’s a protein packed meal that will leave you so satisfied.
