Happy end of September!! I can’t believe I’m sending out the meal plan for the last week of September, but we’ve gone all Fall now so I hope you’re ready ;)
The new recipe this week are these Harvest Grain Bowls which I’ve loved having ready to grab and go this week. The maple dressing is drinkable. it’s. so. good. and totally brings this all together!! I know meals like this can feel a little daunting to prep but it really takes minimal time and can cook many things at the same time. Start with the items that will take the most time like getting the veggies in the oven and then move to prepping the chicken, farro and remaining ingredients. Meals like this are also great to prep and store without assembling the bowls at meal time if you prefer!
