


Another meal prep coming your way! Happy December! How are we already in the last month of the year! I hope you had a great Thanksgiving. It was great to have my whole family together this year and I didn’t even have to cook a thing! ;)
There’s a lot of talk about finishing the year strong, but I think there’s also a lot of joy in slowing down in this season. Taking a slower morning to enjoy your coffee by the Christmas tree, moving your body in a way that feels good, more home cooked meals (and festive treats!) and practicing some self care to make sure you’re feeling your best during the busy season. That’s my plan as we close out 2024 :)
As we get into meal prep to finish out the year, I wanted to focus on meals that not only take long to prep but also will satisfy us during the busy season too! The new recipe this week is protein packed!! Which is something I always look for in my meals to keep me feeling fuller longer and satisfied. I’ve been so fixated on these Ground Beef Sweet Potato Bowls that I’ve made them almost every week for the last few weeks. I knew they needed to be part of the meal prep plan!
