Hi! Happy Thursday!! Another meal prep coming your way today! I’m getting ready to head to Miami for the weekend for a little girls trip with my mom. I’m so excited to have some beach time the next few days. I’ve been in major catch up mode after getting sick last week and trying to get myself back into the swing of things. I’ve been finally able to get back in the kitchen this week and start working on the springy recipes that I have planned!! So many goodies coming your way. Stay tuned. xoxo
In the meantime, these 3 Ingredient Banana Oat Pancakes are a MUST add to your meal prep! Pancakes are a great thing to have prepped in the fridge or stocked up in the freezer. They make for a great breakfast option that can be reheated and the toppings are endless for these! You also have the option to up the protein by adding in your favorite protein powder (this one is what I’m currently loving!) to the batter.
