Another week of meal prep coming your way! Happy Thursday, friends! Anyone else gearing up for the holiday next week!? I can’t believe Thanksgiving is right around the corner. While we may not all be meal prepping next week ahead of the holidays, it is always helpful to have one or two meals ready to go to ensure you’re taking care of YOU during this season.

Some of the ways I make sure I take care of myself during the busy holiday season are:

  • daily movement

  • getting outside for fresh air!

  • eating nourishing foods and staying hydrated

  • meeting up with a friend for a coffee date

  • keeping easy meals ready to go so I don’t have to think about my meals too!

I hope you’re able to find ways to relax and enjoy this holiday season. I’m so grateful for each one of you reading and supporting this newsletter. It’s always been a passion of mine to share more of my meal prep and I really appreciate you being here.

One of my favorite things to meal prep is a big batch of chili or soup (included in this week!) because it is great to store in the freezer too. I always thank myself later on when I realize I have some in the freezer to defrost. So cozy this time of year! The new recipe for paid subscribers this week is the Wild Rice Harvest Bowl which is filled with all the fall flavors and made easily using rotisserie chicken—another staple to include in my meal prep! Hope you enjoy and as always, I love to see what you’re making in your kitchen. xoxo
