


Happy Thursday! How’s your week going? Anyone else trying to figure out how it’s already the end of June!? Time is flying by. I’m full on in summer mode as it’s so hot here in Austin and all I’m craving are fresh salads and easy meals! That’s why we have a very summery meal plan for you this week plus a new DELICIOUS recipe: Strawberry Feta Orzo Salad.

How’s your meal prepping going? The summer’s get really busy, I get it! So even starting with 1-2 things for the week will pay off later on. Maybe it’ll save a takeout order or prevent something from going bad in the fridge. Whatever it is, remember that taking some time at the beginning of the week is propelling you to lower stress around meal time, healthier options and help in keeping your grocery cost down!
