


Happy Thursday! Happy meal prep plan day :) this was the first week I did a full prep in a while and I forgot how nice it is to have these meals ready to go. This time of year is always so busy so even having breakfast ready to grab out of the fridge has been holding me together!!
This week, I made a make ahead breakfast burrito and wow I’m obsessed. I also did a new slow cooker recipe for us! I noticed my slow cooker is on sale in this pretty cranberry color which now makes me want that one instead haha. I’ve been thinking about January meal prep series and curious what recipes you may be needing to kick off the new year? This could be either for the blog, on here or on Instagram!
